Introduction

Hello everyone!

My name is Jonathan Greene. Most of my friends call me Jon. I am excited for this semester because this is my final semester at ECU! It has gone by so fast! I'm excited to see what the future has in store for be, but at the same time, I am sad to see my college career end also.

When I'm not in class, I love to hang out with my fraternity brothers. I have been a member of Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity since its existence at ECU in 2008. I am also involved on campus and currently serve as the ECU Rotaract Club President.Along with my other extra curricular activities, I have been a Resident Adviser on campus and am currently in the Jarvis Hall Leadership Program. I  also enjoy going to the REC Center and playing racquetball and running.

Exploring in Amsterdam, Netherlands
This past summer I traveled to The Netherlands to study abroad and it was truly life-changing! It was my first time out of the country and I got to experience European and Dutch culture first hand! A day trip to Brussels in Belgium and two days exploring around Amsterdam were the highlights!

In my free time I enjoy doing pretty much anything outdoors and staying active. I love hiking and camping and fishing too!

I am very excited to start the web development class and learn more about web applications and how e commerce works. I have little experience in web development, I created my fraternities website when our colony petitioned to come into full chapter status. The link to the website can be found here: http://www.wix.com/fijiecu/phigamecu. I think that this class will be exciting because I have never taken a course in web development and am anxious to see if it would be something I would want to do after graduation!
